NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., June 25, 2018 Meagan Copeland has been selected to serve as marketing manager for Florida Hospital New Smyrna.
In this role, Copeland will be responsible for planning and executing marketing and public relations strategies for the 112-bed hospital in New Smyrna Beach.
Copeland most recently served as senior marketing strategist for Florida Hospital Flagler in Palm Coast. In this role, she was responsible for implementing strategic marketing and community relations plans and activities, including advertising, digital and social media marketing, special events, sponsorships, and internal communication.
During her three-year tenure at Florida Hospital Flagler, Copeland helped the team earn a number of marketing and advertising awards, and was named a One to Watch in 2018 by the Palm Coast Observer. She has been included in the Daytona Beach News Journals Top 40 Under 40, and currently serves as the vice chair of the board of directors for the Young Professionals Group of Flagler County.
An Ormond Beach resident, Copeland earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Advertising from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
