AdventHealth Medical Group is pleased to announce that Erika Sosa, FNP-C, has joined AdventHealth Medical Group Urgent Care at Calhoun.

Sosa joins Pablo Balboa, MD, and the care team at AdventHealth Medical Group Urgent Care at Calhoun. From sore throats and upset stomachs to sports physicals and flu shots, the clinic’s family medicine professionals provide you and your loved ones with the expert medical care you need.

Sosa partners with you and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to accomplish your desired treatment goals with uncommon care and compassion. “I want to help others achieve optimal health so they can ultimately feel their best,” said Sosa. “I like to treat my patients and make medical decisions as if they were my own family.”

Sosa earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. She is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
