AdventHealth has named Chase Tikker president and CEO for AdventHealth Lake Nona, effective August 10, reporting to Doug Harcombe.
“Chase brings a deep understanding of health care operations and a genuine passion for our mission,” Harcombe said. “His leadership at East Orlando has driven impressive growth and team engagement, and I’m confident he will bring that same energy and vision to Lake Nona.”
Since April 2023, Tikker has served as CEO of AdventHealth East Orlando, where he has led efforts to expand services, grow market presence and elevate operational performance. Under his leadership, the campus has continued to thrive in delivering high-quality care while strengthening its culture and reputation in the community.
Tikker began his career at Loma Linda University Health in progressive finance and accounting roles. He joined AdventHealth in 2015, first serving in finance and physician enterprise leadership roles at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. He later moved to Central Florida as executive director of support operations at AdventHealth Orlando before advancing to chief operating officer and then CEO at AdventHealth East Orlando.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from La Sierra University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Union College. He is also a certified public accountant and currently serves on the boards of the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce and the Forest Lake Education Center.
