1/18/22 Tampa, FL - The Kay Meyer Breast Care Center at AdventHealth Tampa has been named one of America’s Best Mammogram Imaging Centers by the Women’s Choice Award®, a trusted referral source for the best in healthcare. According to the American Cancer Society, 1 in 8 women in the US will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime, and it is the second leading cause of cancer death in women. The Kay Meyer Breast Care Center provides the latest in in breast health technology allowing for faster diagnoses and more effective treatment for those needing breast care.

The Kay Meyer Breast Care Center at AdventHealth Tampa uses advanced imaging including 3D mammography, breast MRI, and stereotactic ultrasound, provided by women's health specialists who are experienced with breast disorders and cancer care. The facility joins the list of prestigious facilities representing imaging centers that carry the Breast Imaging Center of Excellence (BICOE) seal from the American College of Radiology and are accredited for Mammograms (MAP).
