This past weekend, AdventHealth Gordon hosted a free lung cancer screening at the AdventHealth Harris Radiation Therapy Center, offering uninsured patients a critical opportunity for early detection of the leading cause of cancer deaths. We’re thrilled to share that 19 patients took advantage of this National Lung Cancer Screening Day—and our efforts truly paid off, with one positive finding that could change a life. Thank you to everyone involved in making this life-saving event possible! Early detection saves lives.
