AdventHealth Daytona Beach expands pediatric care in Volusia County,
Families in Volusia County now have a new option for pediatric care close to home. Board-certified pediatrician Dr. Jenna Bonaccorso has joined AdventHealth Medical Group and cares for patients at both AdventHealth Daytona Beach and in Port Orange.
Bonaccorso provides care for children of all ages, from newborns to teens. Her specialties include well-child visits, developmental screenings, breastfeeding support, adolescent health, urgent visits and preventive care
“Every parent knows the worry that comes with a child’s cough, a fever that won’t go away, or the milestones you hope they’ll meet,” Bonaccorso said. “My goal is to walk alongside families in those moments — to celebrate growth, guide them through challenges, and provide the kind of care I’d want for my own family.”
Bonaccorso earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Akron Children’s Hospital in Ohio. She is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
AdventHealth Daytona Beach has a robust pediatrics program, with physicians caring for children from birth through adolescence. With the addition of Bonaccorso, local families will have expanded access to pediatric services — reducing wait times and making it easier for parents to find consistent, long-term care for their children close to home.
“Having Dr. Bonaccorso on our team means more families can build lasting relationships with a trusted pediatrician right in their own community,” said Dr. David Sinclair, CEO of AdventHealth Daytona Beach. “She brings not only excellent training, but also the heart and compassion that parents look for when choosing a doctor for their child.”
AdventHealth Medical Group is a network of nearly 450 physicians and advanced practice providers across Flagler, Lake, Sumter, and Volusia counties. Together, they care for more than a million patients a year, reducing wait times, and improving access to specialty care.
Bonaccorso will care for patients at two convenient locations in Volusia County:
