On September 18, 2025, AdventHealth Manchester marked a major milestone in its surgical history with the successful completion of its first Endovascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) case. More Than a Standard EVAR

The case involved several advanced vascular procedures, including:

EVAR with aorta/bifurcated femoral grafts performed with bilateral femoral cutdowns
Left external iliac artery stenting
Right femoral artery atherectomy
Right femoral artery patch angioplasty

This combination of interventions required precision, coordination, and a high level of surgical skill. The team rose to the challenge, executing each step with excellence and care.
