How Stephanie Leads at AdventHealth
Stephanie Rosentreter serves as Chief Financial Officer for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission, where she oversees strategic financial planning and management for the 504-bed hospital, as well as AdventHealth Prairie Star and AdventHealth College Boulevard.
With a strong background in healthcare finance, Stephanie has held key leadership roles within AdventHealth, including Interim CFO for AdventHealth Shawnee Mission and Regional Controller for the AdventHealth Mid-America Region. She has spearheaded numerous high-impact initiatives, such as implementing PeopleSoft and preparing for the Workday system, developing a regional accounting and reporting department, and launching a new infusion clinic in collaboration with external partners.
Stephanie holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University. Known for her collaborative approach and commitment to AdventHealth’s mission, she is dedicated to stewarding resources wisely to ensure exceptional, whole-person care for the community.
