10-Minute Cherry Chia Seed Jam
This quick and wholesome chia jam comes together quickly, resulting in a vibrant, spoonable jam that’s bursting with flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. Chia seeds are tiny but mighty seeds that provide an excellent source of plant-based omega-3 fats that help reduce inflammation, promote healthy digestion, stabilize blood sugar, and support heart health.
