— Attorney General Christopher M. Carr has received notice of a proposed transaction for the sale of Murray Medical Center, located in Chatsworth, Georgia. The following information regarding the proposed transaction is provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 31-7-404 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated.

  • PURCHASER: Adventist Health System Georgia, Inc.
