Located within the hospital, we are the only short-term skilled nursing facility in East Pasco County to achieve a 5-star CMS rating, the highest rating possible for overall quality from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
We are the only skilled nursing unit in the area to offer physical, occupational and speech therapies 7 days per week. And, your primary care physician, as well as a broad range of specialists, are available to care for you during your stay. We are the bridge that connects you from your successful treatment in the hospital to the familiar atmosphere of your home.

Our location makes it easy to deliver the care you or your loved one need to renew your strength. Doctors and specialists are available for consults, often on the same day. Additionally, occupational, speech and physical therapy are available to you seven days a week.

Our team will work closely with you to make an individualized plan that best fits your needs and helps you feel healthier as soon as possible. Our goal is to help you achieve a healthy, speedy and successful recovery through whole-person care.
