Managing your family's health care should feel easy. AdventHealth’s Women’s & Children’s Health Navigators are your guides for everything from finding the best doctor for your family to scheduling office visits.

A health navigator is a specially trained registered nurse whose job is to make life easier for busy moms and their families through expert clinical assistance and educational, emotional and spiritual support. All calls are complimentary and confidential. Anyone can self-refer and insurance is not required to talk or meet.

Expert Health Care Coordination

As specially trained registered nurses, our health navigators provide complimentary services to help coordinate your family's overall care and answer any questions you may have. These complimentary services include:

  • Answering questions about you and your family’s healthcare
  • Finding a provider or specialist
  • Assistance with scheduling office visits, physicals, and screenings
  • Resources and support for you and your family
  • Coordination of care among multiple providers and facilities

Doreen Forsyth

Doreen Forsythe, BSN,RN

Doreen Forsythe is an experienced health care advocate and is committed to providing you and your family with the support you need throughout your health care experience. Doreen has been a valued member of our team since 2001. Graduating from Villanova University in Pennsylvania, she has over 15 years of experience in multiple nursing disciplines including cardiology, neurology, surgery and nursing education.

Viviana Diaz Children's Health Navigator

Viviana Diaz, BSN, RN

Viviana Diaz been a part of AdventHealth since 2015. She graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has 10 years of experience in multiple nursing disciplines including obstetrics, parent education, and mental health. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Viviana is an experienced health care advocate and is committed to providing women and families with the support they need throughout their health care journey.

Genesis Rivera Garcia Children's Health Navigation

Genesis Rivera Garcia, BSN, RN

Graduating from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico with a Bachelor's in science of Nursing, Genesis has over 8 years of health care experience. Her passion truly lies within nursing as she has experience in multiple specialties including Neurology, Orthopedics, Inpatient rehabilitation, Labor and Delivery, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. Genesis believes herself to be a patient advocate and it is one of her best qualities as a nurse. She is bilingual in both Spanish and English and has a love for ensuring her patients are well educated in all aspects of the care they need.
Children's Health Navigator Jennifer Stack

Jennifer Stack, BSN, RN

Jennifer Stack, BSN, RN, CCRN-K, is a graduate of the University of North Florida school of Nursing. She has 20 years of experience in multiple pediatric specialties, including: critical care, cardiology, VADs and heart transplant. Jennifer understands what it is like trying to navigate the complex health care system and is committed to helping you throughout your journey.
