Prime of Life Membership

For a one-time fee of $15, you can join for a lifetime and start receiving your health care information and benefits. To receive your membership card and start receiving your Prime of Life benefits immediately, you may register in person at the Wellness/Marketing office at AdventHealth Central Texas, formerly Metroplex Adventist Hospital.
