Kickboxing is a high-intensity workout that combines martial arts, boxing and stretching. The workout helps increase cardiovascular health, strengthen muscles, increase coordination and flexibility through specific punches, kicks, and combinations. Classes are taught by Kelvin Watkins, a certified martial arts instructor.
