Connecting People Seeking Help and Verified Social Care Providers that Serve Them
Our communities are blessed with nonprofits and community-based organizations that exist to assist people in times of need. But too often, navigating the system to get help is difficult, time-consuming and frustrating.
Our Whole Health Hub is powered by FindHelp. AdventHealth partners with Findhelp to address social needs and health inequities. Together, we offer the Whole Health Hub, a free website that allows anyone to easily find and connect with local free and reduced-cost programs.
Findhelp.org hosts training sessions to teach community-based organizations how to utilize their network and access the many free tools that it provides.
