Paul Arnold, MD, FACS is a board certified urologist who offers comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans for general urology patients and specializes in urologic cancers, medical and surgical management of kidney stones, general urology and minimally invasive surgery.

After graduating from the University of Florida, Dr. Arnold received his medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. He went on to complete a surgery and urology residency at The Ohio State University.

Nina Camperlengo, MD is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over 30 years of experience. In addition to treatment of most chronic illnesses, she has special training in the management of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes mellitus.

Dr. Camperlengo sees every visit as an opportunity for her to get to know her patients and their unique needs and lifestyle habits. Her approach to preventative care and disease management is to create a true partnership with you as a patient so that your treatment plan is customized to support you in body, mind, and spirit.

AdventHealth Care Pavilion Central Pasco at Land O’Lakes is welcoming a new member to its esteemed medical team. Adam Cerissi, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician. Dr. Cerissi earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. He completed a residency in family medicine at Stony Brook University. Dr. Cerissi has experience treating patients in suburban and rural areas, and is interested in the role of lifestyle medicine in preventing chronic diseases and improving overall health. An active community volunteer.

Dr. Cerissi has taken leadership roles in various initiatives, including the “Walk with a Doc” campaign. His goal is to optimize health for communities and people at all stages of life.

Kelsey Ciocia, PA-C, is a Certified Physician Assistant committed to fostering strong patient-provider relationships and promoting preventive health. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from MCPHS University in Boston, Massachusetts and her Bachelor of Science in Health from Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York where she graduated magna cum laude.

With a background in primary care and a strong commitment to preventive medicine, Kelsey provides individualized treatment plans tailored to her patients' unique needs. Her clinical expertise includes managing acute and chronic conditions, performing minor in-office procedures and prioritizing patient education. Kelsey’s empathetic approach and dedication to holistic care ensure that her patients receive the best possible health outcomes.

Nancy Dahl, APRN, FNP-C earned a Master of Science degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Florida in 2012. She began her career in the medical field in 1991 as a medical assistant and continued her education to include LPN, RN, APRN. She has been caring for patients for over 30 years.

Nancy has specialized experience in Urology and Primary Care. Other focus areas include Cardiology and Urgent Care.

Nancy is passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered in clinical settings and taught emergency medicine in the wilderness. In her spare time, she enjoys family, crafting, outdoor activities, exercising and spending time with her grandchildren.

Nancy wants her patients to know that she is dedicated to their overall well-being, including, Body, Mind and Spirit while focusing on providing individualized care and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

Monica Mansour, DO, is a board-certified family medicine physician highly experienced in providing whole-person primary care to patients ages 10 and up. In addition to being trained in the fundamentals of family medicine, which includes managing common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, depression, obesity and routine health maintenance, Dr. Mansour provides hands-on osteopathic manipulation treatment.

Dr. Mansour uses evidence-based medicine to provide the best care possible to honor each patient’s body, mind and spirit. She cherishes the long-lasting patient/physician relationship that comes with practicing family medicine and aims to treat all her patients as if they were her own family members by making sure her patients feel like their concerns are heard and addressed.

A native of Tampa, Dr. Mehuron graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of South Florida and University of Florida Medical School. She completed her family practice residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida. She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Mehuron is passionate about taking care of families, from adolescent to the elderly, including adolescent well visits, geriatric care, sports physicals, weight loss management, contraception management, pap smears and other women’s health complaints, mental health care, musculoskeletal concerns, and preventative medicine. She has a special interest in office procedures such as joint injections and minor skin surgeries. She sees patients ages 12 and up.

Hamid Mumtaz, MD is a board certified surgeon through the American Board of Surgery and American Board of Thoracic Surgery. With over a decade of experience in private practice, he provides a full spectrum of thoracic, vascular and general surgical care. He recently completed special training in thoracic oncology with an emphasis on robotic at the Moffitt Cancer Center.

Rishi Ramlogan, MD is a board-certified general surgeon and a fellowship trained Bariatric Surgeon. He specializes in Obesity Surgery and Anti Reflux Surgery.

For over 10 years, Dr Ramlogan has dedicated his practice to caring for those suffering with Obesity. He understands that Obesity is a complex and often misunderstood disease. For this reason, empathy stands at the forefront of his core values.

Dr. Ramlogan has helped thousands of patients reclaim their lives by providing cutting edge surgical treatment. Most of his operations are done through tiny sub centimeter incisions.

The results are less pain, less scarring and faster recovery. He is fully trained in Robotic Surgery and uses the Da Vinci Xi Platform to enhance surgical precision and dexterity.

Elianna Reynolds, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who cares for patients 12 and older. As part of her practice, she performs family medicine services for the whole family, from annual exams, acute and chronic disease care, flu shots and immunizations. Elianna earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University in Manchester, New Hampshire. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Studies from Florida State University. Elianna is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She speaks Spanish and English and holds various licenses, including basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support.

Robert W. Santa-Cruz, MD, is a board-certified urologist, focusing on urological oncology and urogynecology for the past twenty years. Dr. Santa Cruz specializes in using multiport and single-port robotic surgery to treat kidney cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer and vaginal prolapse conditions. He also uses the robot to treat very enlarged benign prostate glands. Dr. Santa-Cruz obtained his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, FL. Dr. Santa-Cruz completed his internship and residency in urologic surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC, where he also completed a fellowship in urologic laparoscopy/robotics in conjunction with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Chapel Hill, NC. Since 2019, Dr. Santa-Cruz has been the system robotics medical director and surgical specialties department chair at Monument Health Urology in Rapid City, SD. He has also worked in other locations in the upper Midwest and had a private practice in Miami for several years.

Rajani Shah, MD, is an internal medicine physician with over 20 years of experience and a passion for providing quality healthcare. Patients at AdventHealth Medical Group in Wesley Chapel, Florida can count on her for individualized and comprehensive care.

Dr. Shah received her Doctorate in Medicine at the University of South Florida in Tampa and is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Believing that to be truly healthy and happy we need to nurture every aspect of our health, Dr. Shah is intentional with her free time. When she's able, she keeps her body strong by practicing karate and refreshes her mind and spirit by spending time with family and friends, cooking and traveling internationally.
