AdventHealth Wellness Center Celebration offers over 250 group fitness classes per month, including Zumba®, Les Mills®, Aquatics, Cycling and Yoga. Whether you’re looking for a high-energy cardio workout or a low-impact, core-building experience, you can choose from a wide variety of classes held in one of the largest group fitness studios in Central Florida.

- Les Mills Group Fitness Classes
BODYATTACK™ is a sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Dynamic instructors and powerful music motivate everyone towards their fitness goals — from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor.

BODYCOMBAT is an empowering cardio workout and energizing program that is inspired by martial arts, drawing from a wide array of disciplines, such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, Tai Chi and kickboxing. You’ll fight fat as you strike, punch, kick and kata your way to superior cardio fitness.

BODYFLOW is a yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. You’ll learn controlled breathing and concentration through a series of carefully structured stretches, moves and poses to music. These all combine to create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYJAM is a cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center, and dance off the pounds.

BODYPUMP is the original LES MILLS™ barbell class that sculpts, tones and strengthens your entire body, fast! This 55-minute workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the most effective weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. BODYSTEP is an energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step, you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and passionate instructors. BODYVIVE 3.1 is a low-impact, whole body group fitness workout that uses a mix of strength, cardio and core training. Inspirational instructors guide you through this workout, where you will incorporate lunges, squats, running and tubing exercises to burn calories. Best of all, you're left full of energy, so you can really take life on!

Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout, trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

SH’BAM™ is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. In this ego- and judgment free zone, no dance experience is required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile, so forget about being a wallflower—even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can!

TONE is the optimal mix of strength, cardio and core training. The challenging mix of lunges, squats, functional training and tubing exercises will help you burn calories and take your fitness to the next level.

- Aquatic Group Fitness Classes
Aquatic Fitness Challenge
This non-impact workout challenges your cardiorespiratory system and strengthens your muscles. The deep-water class uses a variety of equipment and can be modified for any fitness level. Located in the lap pool.
This group class takes places in our heated therapy pool and is a gentle workout, perfect for those affected by pain from arthritis, fibromyalgia or joint replacement. It is also good for anyone who just wants to increase their range of motion, flexibility or posture.
Aqua Fitness Blast
This high-intensity group fitness class challenges your aerobic endurance and strengthens your core. Learn strength moves and enjoy some relaxing stretching to round out your workout. Located in the shallow end of the pool.
Water Works 4 EveryBody
This deep-water conditioning and strengthening class kicks it up a notch! This workout increases your heart rate, burns calories and boosts your metabolism. Appropriate for all members: Men, women, pre-natal, post-partum, physical therapy patients, athletes and more. Water belts are used.
Held in the therapy pool, this low-intensity workout uses equipment to help you build body strength, increase flexibility and enhance range of motion.
Pre-Masters Swimming Class
Hosted by Swim Like a Pro, this class is designed for beginning and novice adult swimmers. During the eight-session course, you’ll learn swimming basics, including breast, back and freestyle strokes; kicking and breathing techniques; and flip turns and racing starts. Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm in the lap pool.
Sharks and Minnows Swim Classes
Swim classes will be held in the Warm Water Therapy Pool Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-5:30pm and in the Lap Pool Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30pm-7:30pm.

Whether your goal is to build endurance or train for a triathlon, this high-intensity group workout will strengthen leg muscles and burns calories.
Calm and focus your mind while building strength with our yoga classes, which include traditional mat yoga, gentle yoga for seniors, and Yogalates. Enhance balance, breathing, posture and overall stamina, and get a great workout no matter your level of expertise.
Add fun to your cardio routine with Zumba®. This dance-inspired workout involves aerobic elements and incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included for a fun, energizing, total body workout.

- QUICKS™ Program
Give your child an advantage in the competitive youth sports world with a program used by college and professional athletes. Regardless of the sport, the QUICKS program can help your budding athlete improve performance and gain quickness, speed and agility. For children of all ages.
- 55+ Adults
Older adults who need special assistance with equipment and low-impact exercise can choose from a wide range of activities, from pool classes to specialized personal training.
- Post Rehabilitation
If you’re recovering from an injury or surgery, we can help you ease back into a fitness routine. Our exercise physiologists and personal trainers are always here for you.
- Metabolism Testing
This noninvasive scientific method for evaluating your body’s metabolism uses a 10-minute breathing test called indirect calorimetry. The results can help determine the best calorie range for you to lose body fat while sparing muscle mass.
- Functional Movement Screening
This screening can help you prevent injuries, identify your physical imbalances and limitations, improve your functional fitness and athletic performance, and measure your progress.
- Exercise is Medicine
If you have or are at risk for a chronic disease, such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease or cancer, this program is for you. We’ll help you create a safe and effective exercise routine using our:
