Orlando CPE Program offers CPE across Central Florida with clinical sites in: Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Celebration, Daytona Beach, DeLand, Deltona, Kissimmee, Melbourne, New Smyrna Beach, Orlando, Palm Coast, Tavares, Titusville, Winter Garden, Winter Park. Additionally, the center offers online mixed-mode or synchronous online learning units in various clinical sites at AdventHealth sites and affiliates that do not have CPE programming.

Since 1973, AdventHealth Altamonte Springs has been providing health care to the residents of Seminole, north Orange, East Lake and west Volusia counties. Each year this hospital treats approximately 14,000 inpatients, 97,000 outpatients, 43,000 emergency patients, and performs over 10,000 surgical procedures, making it the largest and most comprehensive hospital in Seminole county.

AdventHealth Celebration is a 112 bed, full-service hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services, 24-hour emergency care, maternity, cardiac services, diagnostics and catheterization, wellness programs, women’s and men’s health programs, as well as primary care and physicians on-site.
AdventHealth Celebration is located in the heart of the tourism area and therefore has the opportunity to serve as a health care provider for families from all over the world who are vacationing in Central Florida.

Additionally, Residents assigned to the Celebration campus may round at outpatient clinics (like the Infusion Unit) and labs for focused rounding and staff support.
Palm Parkway Off-Site Emergency Department (OSED)
Just opened in April 2021, Palm Parkway ER is a new freestanding facility located about 15 minutes from AH Celebration, on the corner of Palm Parkway and Daryl Carter Parkway (off I-4 Exit 68).
The approximately 19,000-square-foot facility has 24 patient rooms, including two pediatric-friendly rooms to make ER visits less stressful for young patients; respiratory therapy; diagnostic imaging, including CT scans, X-ray and ultrasound; and a full-service laboratory.
Chaplain interns and residents assigned to AH Celebration respond to pages and emergencies at Palm Parkway ER as needed.

Over 5,000 inpatients and 29,700 outpatients are treated at AdventHealth East Orlando each year. This 295-bed, full-service hospital provides health care close to home for East Orange County residents.

AdventHealth Gordon is a comprehensive, 69-bed community hospital located in Gordon County, Georgia. Originally built in 1953 as Gordon County Hospital, the hospital relocated to its current site in the 1970s to meet the growing needs of the community. The hospital became part of the Adventist Health System in 1994 and officially became AdventHealth Gordon in 2019. In 2020, AdventHealth Gordon completed a project to enhance the services it offers to the community. The project included the construction of the Edna Owens Breast Center, relocation and expansion of The Baby Place, expansion and renovation of the operating room and construction of a new cardiac catheterization lab.

AdventHealth Murray, formerly Murray Medical Center, is a 42-bed acute care facility offering medical/surgical and stepdown units. The stepdown unit offers caregivers an intermediate stage for serving patients who don't require constant ICU care but require more care and monitoring than is typical for patients in a medical/surgical unit. The medical/surgical unit is used for patients who require general hospital care due to illness or postoperative needs.
Facts and Figures
- AdventHealth Murray is a 42-bed acute care facility.
- The first hospital in Murray County opened in 1949 as Murray County Memorial Hospital.
- The hospital relocated to its present location at 707 Old Dalton Ellijay Road in 1976.
- Murray County Memorial Hospital became Murray Medical Center in 1995.
- In May 2015, we partnered with AdventHealth, the largest not-for-profit Protestant health system in the country, to strengthen our resources and our commitment to Chatsworth and Murray County.
- Early in 2016, Murray Medical Center welcomed Mitchell Wilson, MD, as its staff hospitalist, who helped further develop the hospital’s inpatient program.
- In July 2017, AdventHealth Medical Group opened a Chatsworth OB/GYN location, bringing OB/GYN services to Murray County.

AdventHealth Redmond is a 230-bed medical, surgical and rehabilitation facility serving Floyd County and surrounding counties. Built in 1972, the hospital has expanded and evolved over the decades to become a flagship health care institution in Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.
AdventHealth Redmond opened the region’s first diagnostic cardiac catheterization lab in 1975, and doctors performed the first open-heart surgery in 1986. Continuing the legacy as the region’s heart care center, AdventHealth Redmond now provides true comprehensive heart care across the full spectrum of cardiovascular disease, including preventive cardiac care, diagnostics, heart catheterization procedures, electrophysiology, open-heart surgery, a heart failure program and intensive cardiac rehabilitation.
Since 2016, the Structural Heart Program has performed over 1,000 structural heart procedures, including transcatheter aortic valve replacement, transcatheter mitral valve replacement, left atrial appendage (LAA) occlusion and MitraClip procedures. Serving as the heart hospital for Northwest Georgia, AdventHealth Redmond offers a wealth of cardiac services and is designated as a Level 1 Emergency Cardiac Care Center by the Georgia Department of Health.
