Longer Appointments: Longer than typical primary care appointments, ours are up to an hour, as needed, giving you more time with your health care provider.
Onsite Labs: Having labs onsite at our practice locations means you can get answers faster to take charge of your health sooner.
Same- and Next-Day Availability: Seeing you sooner is our priority. We offer same- and next-day appointments to get you the care you need when you need it.
Free Access to Social Workers: We offer access to social workers to help with all of life’s transitions and ease the barriers to getting care.
Care Coordinators: Our care coordinators are here to make your life easier by scheduling appointments with the specialists you need to see.
24/7 Access to Care Team: You don’t have to wait to talk to your care team. Rest assured that you can reach us anytime by phone or online.
Personal Health Coaches: As part of your team of experts, our personal health coaches will help you take charge of your health in the ways that matter most to you.
Pharmacists: Our pharmacists are available by appointment for prescription consultations and can answer your questions and advise on your medication plan.
Case Managers: Our experienced and compassionate registered nurse case managers assist with managing chronic illnesses and the triage process.

AdventHealth’s Multidisciplinary Network of Care for Senior Adults — When Jim Sippel was diagnosed with a blood clot, AdventHealth’s multidisciplinary network of care allowed him to find the care and treatments he needed to feel whole again. Jim found a compassionate primary care provider at AdventHealth Well 65+, a primary care clinic for senior adults. Jim’s daughter says that AdventHealth Well 65+ wrapped their arms around her dad and got him where he needed to go.
