Dr. Tatarian chose AdventHealth Orlando because it offers a HSPAL residency program with an MHA/MBA dual-degree, that will teach her the skills she needs to become an effective and well-rounded leader in pharmacy. The residency program director and preceptors create a supportive learning environment, encouraging her to enhance her clinical knowledge and grow as a lifelong learner. This year she is looking forward to attending various conferences and exploring Orlando with her co-residents! When she's not at the hospital, Dr. Tatarian enjoys trying new eateries, kickboxing, tanning, traveling and facetiming her family. Upon completion of residency, her goal is manage compounding pharmacies and infusion clinics.

Dr. Morgan chose AdventHealth Orlando because the residency program provides an opportunity to learn from preceptors and administrators that are advancing pharmacy practice and operating at the top of their licenses. Residents are given the freedom to work on projects and research that impacts patient care across the country. This year he is looking forward to continuing to hone his clinical skill set, as well as grow as a person and leader. When he's not at the hospital, Dr. Morgan enjoys golf and watching college football. Upon completion of residency, he hopes to pursue a position in health system leadership, primarily working with pharmacy supply chain and finance.
