Dr. McMahon chose AdventHealth East Orlando because of its diverse patient population, supportive learning environment, and numerous opportunities to learn in a high-acuity setting. This year, she is looking forward to challenging herself clinically and building upon her clinical skillset in order to gain a strong baseline knowledge to bring with her throughout her career. When she is not at the hospital, she enjoys weightlifting, watching and playing sports, and boating. Brooke is new to the Orlando area and enjoys trying out new restaurants, hanging out with her new Orlando friends, and enjoying her new annual Disney pass. Upon completion of residency, she plans to obtain a position as a clinical pharmacist.

Henderson-Jonathan

Jonathan Henderson, PharmD

Hometown: Orlando, FL
Pharmacy School: University of Florida College of Pharmacy - Gainesville Campus

Dr. Henderson chose AdventHealth for residency because of the myriad of opportunities offered for personal and professional growth in addition to the warm environment. This year, Jonathan is looking forward to delving deeper into the areas of oncology, infectious disease, and emergency medicine. Jonathan enjoys reading, gaming, and trips with both friends and family. He is not new to the Orlando area but enjoys visiting the theme parks with his family and taking day trips to visit some of the many beaches nearby. Post-residency, Dr. Henderson is interested in either pursuing a PGY2 or delving straight into the workforce.
