Dr. Molineros graduated with honors from University of Florida College of Pharmacy in 2019 and completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center (Level-1 Trauma/Burn Center) in 2020. Additionally, she moved forward and completed a PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency Program in AdventHealth Orlando in 2021. She became the first Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at AdventHealth Daytona Beach in 2021, where she established pharmacist participation in Code Blue/Stroke alerts and multi-disciplinary patient care rounds in the MICU. She also serves as the Clinical Manager of Inpatient Services, Residency Program Director, and Student Coordinator. She is active in local, regional, and divisional committees and precepts APPE students in critical care. Dr. Molineros is a board certified critical care pharmacist, and an active member in Society of Critical Care Medicine, Neurocritical Care Society, and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Dr. Foster graduated with honors from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in 2017 and completed a PGY-1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Bremo Pharmacy in 2018. He worked with administration at AdventHealth Daytona Beach to create a Transitions of Care pharmacist position and currently operates the Pharmacy-led Transitions of Care Clinic. He also supervises the Medication History Pharmacy Technician Program. He is active in local, regional, and divisional committees and precepts APPE students in ambulatory care and transitions of care. Dr. Foster is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist, published author, and active member of the American Pharmacists Association and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Dr. Gandhi became the first Infectious Diseases/Antimicrobial Clinical Pharmacist Specialist at AdventHealth Daytona Beach in 2021. He became the East Florida Division Chair for the AdventHealth Antimicrobial Stewardship Team and Lead Chair for the Divisional Antimicrobial Stewardship Committee, where he performs additional responsibilities of antimicrobial stewardship administration. As a published author, he also serves as the Residency Research Coordinator for which he leads residency research project, medication-use evaluation, and continuing education grand rounds introduction, discussion, idea creation, and progress in collaboration with the Residency Advisory Committee. He is active in local, divisional, and national committees such as the Infectious Diseases Society of America and Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists. He is a board-certified infectious diseases pharmacist and has been awarded a certificate in research skills by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Dr. Moeller graduated summa cum laude from VCU School of Pharmacy in 2021. She then completed PGY1 and PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy residencies at VCU Health from 2021-2023. After residency she became an Internal Medicine Clinical Hospital Pharmacist at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, FL. Within this role, she established clinical pharmacy services for numerous hospitalist services and played a pivot role in the optimization of treatment protocols for disease states including COPD, pneumonia, and congestive heart failure. Dr. Moeller's clinical interests include infectious diseases, anticoagulation, cardiology, and hepatology. Dr. Moeller also serves as a preceptor for students completing the APPE General Medicine Rotation and maintains board-certification as a pharmacotherapy specialist (BCPS).
