At AdventHealth, we are dedicated to ensuring that every patient achieves the best possible results from their care. This dedication is rooted in our focus on innovative treatments, collaborating with industry experts, and using the latest scientific evidence to guide our decisions.
In line with our commitment to excellence, we are proud to highlight the important research being conducted at AdventHealth Medical Group Colorado Joint Replacement. These research studies are leading to improvements in how patients recover after surgery, how comfortable they feel during the process, and how well they can move and stay active in the long term.
Several of Colorado Joint Replacement’s research studies will be highlighted at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS). Out of the 2,220 research abstracts submitted nationwide, only 50 were selected for podium presentations. Colorado Joint Replacement is honored to have three of its studies chosen for podium presentations, along with five poster presentations. These research studies will be addressing real-world challenges such as swelling, pain management, and implant durability. Several studies are done in collaboration with leading orthopedic experts.
"Our team’s commitment to patient care inspires us to continually identify and pursue relevant research studies that can improve outcomes in joint replacement surgery,” said Dr. Jason Jennings, orthopedic surgeon and one of the lead authors of the research.
By actively listening to patients and tailoring research studies to their specific needs, Colorado Joint Replacement is making significant and lasting progress in joint replacement science. This patient-centered approach doesn’t just improve medical techniques - it directly enhances patients’ lives by helping them move more easily, feel less pain, regain confidence, and experience better results after surgery.
