AdventHealth has named Jeremy Robinson to the position of vice president of organizational effectiveness. In this role, Robinson will provide executive leadership in developing and aligning strategies and tools across AdventHealth to enhance leader effectiveness and team member experience. He will work closely with key leaders in the markets and report to Olesea Azevedo, senior vice president and chief human resources officer for AdventHealth.

I look forward to Jeremy’s continued leadership.”
Robinson has more than 15 years of leadership experience and started his career at AdventHealth as an HR resident. In his most recent roles, he served as executive director of organizational effectiveness for the system. He has also served as human resources director and the culture and organizational effectiveness director for AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division – South Region.
“It is a privilege to work with such talented and passionate people across AdventHealth. I love coming to work every day and exploring how we can equip each leader and team member to realize and fulfill their God-given potential,” said Robinson.
Robinson earned a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in leadership from the University of Central Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in public relations from Southern Adventist University.
He and his wife, Keyla, will be celebrating 16 years of marriage this July. They enjoy exploring the great outdoors with their son, Ethan, who is 9 years old.
