Childbirth Education Three Week Series - Wednesdays

This virtual class is designed to meet the unique educational needs of our expectant parents in the comfort of their own home. This highly informative THREE-week series will cover what every mommy-to-be and her support person should know about the last trimester of pregnancy, labor and birth, post-delivery and newborn care while in the hospital. This class is live and interactive using ZOOM.

Topics include:

Stages of Labor and birth

Comfort Techniques & how your support person can help

Hospital Practices

Medical Interventions & C-Sections

Post-delivery care for the new mother

Newborn care while in the hospital

All instructors are Certified Childbirth Educators.

You must attend all three sessions to get the full class.
