Balance and Fall Prevention: How Physical Therapy Can Help You

This course will review the main components of human balance, including the visual, vestibular, and proprioceptive systems. We will also discuss the physical therapist’s role in assessing and treating patients with balance impairments. This will also include common risk factors for falls and various recommendations for fall risk reduction. Please join us for an interactive class and be prepared to move! This class incorporates some balance therapy circuits as well! Please wear comfortable clothes and supportive footwear.

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction: Tools for a Healthier Mind and Body

Feeling stressed or overwhelmed? Join us for a 90-minute introduction to mindfulness and learn simple, practical ways to bring calmer and balance into your daily life. Based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program, this session will introduce the foundations of mindfulness, explore simple guided practices such as breathing and body awareness, and discuss how to integrate mindfulness into everyday routines. You’ll discover how small moments of mindfulness can make a big difference in reducing stress and improving well-being. No experience needed—just come as you are and take a mindful pause for yourself.

Core Confidence Strengthening Your Pelvic Health with Physical Therapy

This class will cover key components of pelvic health, including the role of the pelvic floor muscles, core stability, and breathing mechanics. You’ll learn how physical therapists assess and treat common pelvic floor concerns such as weakness, tension, and dysfunction. We’ll also discuss risk factors for pelvic health issues and provide practical strategies for improving strength, mobility, and overall function. Join us for an interactive session that includes gentle movement and exercises designed to support pelvic wellness. Please wear comfortable clothing and supportive footwear.

Nutrition and Wellness Coaching

Set yourself up for success by meeting with a health coach. You will receive personal guidance and support to achieve your nutrition, weight loss, and fitness goals. Our wellness coaches can also support individuals on GLP-1 medications to help you manage side effects, improve nutrition, and prevent muscle loss.
