Whether you just left one of our hospitals in the Heartland (AdventHealth Sebring, AdventHealth Lake Placid and AdventHealth Wauchula) or were referred by your physician, our home care nurses, specialists and aides are ready to help.

AdventHealth Home Come accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare. Our services are available to anyone who:

• Is under the care of a physician (only a Florida-licensed physician can order home health services for their patient)
• Lives in Hardee or Highlands counties
• Is considered homebound and requires the skills of a registered nurse, physical therapist or speech-language pathologist during treatment
