Recipe: Avocado, Tomato and Habanero Cheddar Grilled Cheese

Making grilled cheese healthier doesn't have to be boring or lacking additional nutrition. This powerful sinus-cleansing grilled cheese is sure to make your taste buds dance. The best part about using spicy cheese is that a little goes a long way. Avocado provides extra creaminess while the tomato provides a sweet juicy tang.
Serving size: 1
     1 slice of habanero cheddar
     3 slices of tomato
      regular-sized avocado, smashed
      2 slices of whole grain bread
      1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper
      1 tbsp butter blend with omega 3 fatty acids
Lightly butter outside of bread. Layer avocado, tomato and cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper. Then, bring a nonstick skillet to medium heat. Carefully place sandwich on skillet and use spatula to toast bread on each side and melt cheese. Slice and enjoy!
