General Surgeon Joins Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., January 4, 2016 Board certified general surgeon Dr. Christopher Grove has joined the Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners medical staff at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center.

Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners is Florida Hospital Volusia/Flagler's employed group of physicians that includes both primary care physicians and specialists. Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners consists of more than 150 physicians and enjoys a mutual partnership with Florida Hospital Volusia/Flagler based upon the close alignment of the hospital's mission and values.

He earned his medical degree from University of Alabama School of Medicine and went on to complete a general surgery residency at Wright State University Integrated in Ohio. He is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member with the Boy Scouts of America and recently received the Outstanding Eagle Scout Award from the National Eagle Scout Association.

He has 14 years of experience and most recently practiced at Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy, Ohio.
