That’s why we offer a variety of educational resources and opportunities to help you feel prepared and empowered. These classes can include childbirth education classes, parenting courses, CPR training, and lactation support.

After you give birth, our eFlash newsletter and Mommy and Baby University support group (with newborn weigh-ins) help you stay connected to other moms and educators in the first few weeks and months after childbirth. Infant Sleep Safety
