- Primary Care Services

AdventHealth Medical Group and Centra Care primary care providers are dedicated to meeting the health care needs of patients of all ages. Our practices and centers are conveniently located throughout Central Florida, with same-day and next-day appointments often available. Schedule your visit online, anytime.
- Centra Care

Centra Care’s board-certified adult and pediatric-trained urgent care providers are here for you seven days a week, with some centers open until midnight. Find one of the 25 Greater Orlando area locations nearest you, or schedule an online reservation for your follow-up or continued needs.
- Centra Care Kids

Children with follow-up needs can get expert care at Lake Mary and Winter Park Centra Care Kids locations. We’re open until 10 pm, seven days a week. You can walk in or make an online reservation anytime.
- Physical Therapy

If you’ve suffered a sprain, strain or any type of joint or muscle pain, you can now go directly to physical therapy (PT) without a physician referral. AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab has 19 locations across Central Florida, and with next-day appointments and best-in-class patient outcomes, we make it easy to start your road to recovery.
- Video Virtual Visits

You can have a doctor’s visit with one of our board-certified physicians via secure video chat from the comfort of your home, seven days a week. Use your smartphone or tablet to download the Video Visit app from the App Store or Google Play. The doctor on call will be glad to discuss your progress and any follow-up questions and concerns.
