About
The Collaborative Community Council is a subcommittee of the AdventHealth Orlando Board of Trustees. It is responsible for approving the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), the CHNA priorities, the Community Health Plans, and selecting and funding programmatic initiatives designed to address the needs identified by the CHNA through the Community Impact Grant.
Community Impact Grant
The Community Impact Grant is an annual opportunity with $1.2 million available for non-profit organizations in Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.
AdventHealth seeks to fund programs that align with the 2020-2022 community health focus areas and addresses social determinants of health for individuals and for the community as a whole. Funding is intended to be used on new or expanding evidence-based programs. Capital and/or operational requests are not eligible for funding.
Grant Application
The 2022 grant application will be open from April 1st until April 29th. The grant flyer and information packet will be available by April 1st.
