In addition to our scheduled programs, the CPW is available to develop custom programs for AdventHealth teams and departments. Group programs and workshops are great ways to address concerns and make positive changes. Benefits include, gaining new perspectives, exposure to diverse backgrounds and specialties, enhancing empathy and connection, support/guidance, increase in hope, interpersonal learning and having a safe place to open up and express yourself.

- Grief Group

This quarterly support group offers a safe and compassionate space for physicians, APPs, and residents who are navigating grief. Available both virtually and in-person, the sessions are led by licensed therapists and designed to help participants debrief, share experiences, and explore pathways to healing. Whether you're coping with personal loss or the emotional weight of clinical care, this group provides meaningful support, connection, and tools for resilience.
