William Kilmer, Esq. is the manager of government relations and public policy at AdventHealth. He earned his undergraduate degree in social sciences from Keystone College in La Plume, Pennsylvania and a juris doctor degree from Florida A&M College of Law in Orlando, Florida. He is also an ordained minister.
