Sreeja Nandakumar, NP, works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion. She is a qualified, board-certified nurse practitioner with six years of family practice experience and over 15 years of experience in direct patient care. She attended South University in Savannah, Georgia where she obtained her Post Graduate Certificate Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. Sreeja is honored to be a part of a profession that cares for people at some of the most vulnerable times in their lives. She is committed to treating the whole person in body, mind and spirit.

Case A. Tedder, MD, DABFM, DABLM, works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to accomplish patient treatment goals with care and compassion. Dr. Tedder attended the University of Tennessee, where he obtained his medical degree and completed his residency. He is honored to care for people at some of the most vulnerable times in their lives and is committed to providing whole-person care — body, mind and spirit — for every patient.
