Michael has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Medicine from Keiser University and trained to be a Special Forces Medical Sergeant in the Army until 2009. Michael understands what overcoming adversity takes and has the tenacity to follow throw with clients so that they will know what it takes to reach their goals. Michael is currently pursuing his MBA from Stetson University and his Tai Chi certification with Tai Chi Healthways.
500 RYT: Group Fitness Instructor
Anilda is a certified teacher, RYT500 hours in compliance with the Yoga Alliance standards. She has also received a certificate of completion from the Duke Institute of Integrative Medicine in Therapeutic Yoga for Seniors. Currently, Anilda is working to be certified as a Kundalini yoga instructor. Anilda’s teaching style and nurturing spirit offers a practice that is clear, precise, detailed, compassionate, and sensitive. She specializes in therapeutic applications of yoga to stay functional, release tension, stretch and strengthen the body, relax the mind and lift the spirit. She understands how to modify the postures and effectively designs safe, creative, and enjoyable yoga sequences to make them accessible to virtually anyone who wants to effectively incorporate yoga into their wellness routine.
