In an environment that prioritizes whole-person care, the AdventHealth HSPAL PGY-2 Residency allows residents to learn from prominent leaders within the health care system. To prepare residents for leadership roles, our curriculum builds upon the clinical pharmacy and operational services proficiency of PGY-1 residency graduates. In addition to learning how to manage financial resources, create collaborative practice teams, lead process improvement efforts, and conduct medical staff committees, each resident will have access to mentorship at the corporate office.

Estimated Annual Stipend: $56,500/year + meeting travel support
Participation in national and local meetings and regional resident conferences, as applicable
10 days paid vacation

Positions available: 1 full-time, 12-month commitment

*Additional elective learning experiences will be identified based on alignment between resident interests and available experiences.

Applicant must have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, and licensure in at least one state.

Applicants for the PGY-2 pharmacy residency position must apply through the ASHP Resident Match Program.
