AdventHealth has named Eulanie Lashley president and chief executive officer for Texas Health Hospital Mansfield, a joint venture of AdventHealth and Texas Health Resources, effective March 24. In this role, Lashley will report to Penny Johnson, president and CEO of the Southwest Region of AdventHealth.
“Eulanie is a transformative leader who brings people together and has deep experience in spearheading growth projects which will serve our dynamic hospital campus well,” said Johnson. “Her enthusiasm for expanding services and fostering connections will help ensure the continued success of Texas Health Mansfield, our team and our community.”
Currently, Lashley serves as vice president and chief operating officer for AdventHealth Apopka, where she has been instrumental in strengthening community relationships, fostering a strong team culture, providing strategic oversight for the AdventHealth Apopka infusion center, and leading the $26 million hospital expansion that is underway. Lashley also served as chief operating officer for AdventHealth Winter Garden, where she successfully led the construction and opening of an 80-bed inpatient tower in 2022.
Lashley began her career with AdventHealth as a finance intern in 2007 at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission. She later joined the financial planning department in AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division and went on to hold a variety of roles including senior accounting manager, assistant director of finance for the cancer and neuroscience institutes and finance director for AdventHealth Apopka.
“I am excited to join the team at Texas Health Hospital Mansfield in the commitment to providing health, hope, healing and wholeness for the team members and patients entrusted to our care. I am thrilled to be a part of this fast-growing community and look forward to working with the physicians and care teams to continue to grow our impact and provide exceptional care,” said Lashley.
Lashley earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Andrews University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Illinois University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Apopka, serves on the finance treasury team at Mount Sinai Seventh-day Adventist Church and is a keynote speaker on topics related to women in leadership and women’s health and well-being.
