Adventist Health System has announced the care teams across the system that excelled at fostering an exceptional patient experience. Teams earned recognition based on feedback and information gathered from patient experience surveys that were administered over a one-year period.

'I commend the efforts of the care teams honored this year to uphold our high standard of care, which personifies our systemwide focus on enhancing every aspect of care delivery.'
As Adventist Health System works to engage consumers more closely in their health, gathering insights directly from patients and families, such as the feedback garnered from the patient experience surveys, allows the organization to enhance care delivery across the continuum.
