AdventHealth Palm Coast Auxiliary Donates $10,000 for New Wheelchairs

PALM COAST, Fla., February 6, 2020 — The AdventHealth Palm Coast volunteer auxiliary donated $10,000 to AdventHealth Palm Coast.

The volunteers raised these funds through various activities, such as holiday and gift shop sales.

The donation will support the purchase of new, upgraded wheelchairs that will increase patient’s comfort and improve mobility for volunteers and transportation employees.

“Our volunteer auxiliary team is proud to continue supporting AdventHealth Palm Coast and the surrounding community,” said Tom Sisti, volunteer auxiliary president. “Our team works hard every day to assist with our patients and guests.”

“We appreciate our volunteers and the impact they have on our patients and visitors,” said Wally De Aquino, AdventHealth Palm Coast chief operating officer. “We are very thankful for their generous donation.”
