The AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation has announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Mark Billings, Phillip Grudzinski, and Anne Kerr.
The Foundation supports the hospital’s vision of providing high-quality, faith-based care close to home. Through philanthropic partnerships, it helps expand health care services and meet the evolving needs of the Southeast Volusia community.
Each of the new board members brings strong local ties and a track record of leadership and service:
- Mark Billings is the executive director of Southeast Volusia Habitat for Humanity and currently chairs the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce. A long-time New Smyrna Beach resident, he has over two decades of board experience.
- Phillip Grudzinski, also a New Smyrna Beach resident, is the president of Omotenashi Holding Group and owner of General Public House. With expertise in marketing and negotiations, Grudzinski offers a valuable perspective on strategic development and community engagement.
- Anne Kerr has a background in government contracts and accounting and is known for her dedication to public service. A passionate advocate for giving back, Kerr looks forward to supporting the Foundation’s mission of advancing health care in the community she calls home.
“Mark, Phillip, and Anne aren’t just leaders – they’re neighbors who care deeply about this community,” said Cindi Flanagan, chair of the AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation Board. “Their insight and dedication will help us continue doing the work that matters most: supporting our hospital and the people it serves.”
