NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., August 12, 2019 – On Aug. 3, nearly 50 AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach employees and family members joined together for a clean-up of roadside trash along the 4.2-mile North/South Causeway Loop.
“We had a great morning together and I’m so proud of the team who came out to help clean-up our community,” said Marlene Thomas, event organizer and AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation director. “It takes a village and we have an amazing village of friends.”
The AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation sponsored this event.
All in all, the group picked up nearly 250 pounds of trash along the popular run, bike and skate loop in New Smyrna Beach.
