AdventHealth Fish Memorial Names New Director of Operations

ORANGE CITY, Fla., June 18, 2019 – AdventHealth Fish Memorial has selected Khelsea Bauer to serve as director of operations.

In this new role, Bauer will provide oversight to the food and nutritional services department. This role will grow in scope to provide oversight to two additional departments.

Bauer has four years of experience and most recently served as director of strategic program management for the AdventHealth facilities in Flagler, Lake and Volusia counties. In this role, she was responsible for organizing and driving leadership strategies forward and ensuring alignment for strategic priorities across the AdventHealth Central Florida Division.

A Maitland resident, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish for International Trade from Andrews University in Michigan. She went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from Rollins College.
