We offer the Survivorship Support Group to anyone living with, through and beyond a cancer diagnosis. Facilitated by a licensed health care professional, this group addresses the everyday needs experienced during and after treatment.
This support group is hybrid (offered both in-person and in a virtual setting), and versions of this support group are available in Kansas and to our Florida patients in Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties.
