Healthy Happenings: Chair Yoga Every Thursday
About this Event
Yoga has been shown to be very beneficial for those with debilitating health conditions. This class is designed for those with arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s and other conditions. You will be guided through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, breath work, standing poses for balance and meditation, all done with the support of a chair. Wear loose clothing and tennis shoes or barefoot. No flip-flops, please. Come as you are, leave feeling great!
Classes are $2 cash per class and will be collected at the door.
