About this Event
Yoga has been shown to be very beneficial for those with debilitating health conditions. This class is designed for those with arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s and other conditions. You will be guided through gentle stretching and strengthening exercises, breath work, standing poses for balance and meditation, all done with the support of a chair. Wear loose clothing and tennis shoes or barefoot. No flip flops, please. Come as you are, leave feeling great!
Chair Yoga is $2 cash per class. Entrance fee will be collected upon arrival.
