Fla., AdventHealth Dade City and AdventHealth Zephyrhills join a premier group of organizations that have received Pathway to Excellence® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), an international organization that promotes excellence in nursing and health care.

The Pathway designation is a global credential that highlights AdventHealth Dade City and AdventHealth Zephyrhills’ commitment to creating a healthy work environment where nurses feel empowered, valued, and focused on whole-person care.

AdventHealth Dade City and AdventHealth Zephyrhills’ nurses are an integral part of our healthcare team, with a voice in policy and practice. The Pathway designation proves our nurses are engaged, resulting in higher job satisfaction, reduced turnover, improved safety, and better patient outcomes. AdventHealth Dade City and AdventHealth Zephyrhills underwent a comprehensive review process to earn the Pathway to Excellence designation, which included nurses completing an extensive survey detailing their everyday experiences on the job. This designation will assist with the recruitment of the most talented nurses, providing a framework for enhancing patient care and safety.
