Health Screenings Offered by AdventHealth to Thriving in Place Members

You are invited. AdventHealth will be offering to the Thriving in Place members exclusively, same-day results health screenings on Friday, August 25, 2023 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am, at the Jones Room, Celebration, Fl. These screening will be offered by appointment only and include a full lipid panel (cholesterol), glucose (fasting or non-fasting), BMI (body mass index) and blood pressure. Our experienced nurses will perform these screenings every 10 minutes and discuss the results with you during your session.
