Brandy Foxx

Brandy Foxx is a CREATION Life Consultant for the CREATION Life Employees team at AdventHealth. Brandy joined AdventHealth after leading an employee wellness program in the hospitality industry for several years. She has a strong passion for health and wellness and is excited to help educate AdventHealth employees on the importance of their health, using CREATION Life principles because it focuses on whole-person health not just diet and exercise. Brandy believes Outlook and Rest are key factors to wellness that often times get ignored.

Brandy loves bringing her passion for health and wellness to work and feels lucky to share her excitement and enthusiasm with an amazing team who shares the same beliefs she does, which is for everyone to live the best life possible by being as healthy as one can be.

Brandy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science and exercise physiology with a minor in sports medicine and sports psychology.
