- Mike Thompson
Senior Executive Officer of Integrated Health Services at AdventHealth Central Florida Division
As Senior Executive Officer of Integrated Health Services at AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division, Mike Thompson oversees the system’s outpatient services including Centra Care urgent care centers and physician practices.
Thompson began his career with AdventHealth in 1998, and prior to his current role, served as administrator of AdventHealth East Orlando. He also served in leadership positions at AdventHealth Winter Park and AdventHealth Celebration.
Thompson earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting from Southern Adventist University, his master’s in business administration from Webster University and is an honorable graduate from the Academy GE Fellows Program for Administrative Executives.
- Sheryl Dodds
Chief People Officer, AdventHealth Central Florida Division
Sheryl Dodds is the Chief People Officer for AdventHealth Central Florida Division.
Dodds has been with AdventHealth since 2008, and has held various leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Clinical Officer.
She has extensive health care experience, including serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Cirrus Health and Chief Executive Officer of Nebraska Heart Institute, PC and Nebraska Heart Hospital.
Dodds holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Union College in Lincoln, Neb., and a master’s degree from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Mich. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International – Honor Society of Nursing and an American College of Healthcare Executives Affiliate.
- Todd Goodman
Chief Financial Officer of AdventHealth Central Florida Division
Todd Goodman is Chief Financial Officer of AdventHealth’s Central Florida Division, which includes 16 hospital facilities and dozens of outpatient facilities and Centra Care urgent care locations.
Todd has worked in health care for more than 25 years and oversees the financial operations of one of the largest nonprofit health care systems in the country, with a net annual revenue of more than $5.5 billion.
Under Todd’s leadership, AdventHealth is implementing strategies that strengthen and advance the organization, including: rapidly expanding the outpatient network, transforming the enterprise resource system, lowering the cost of care and improving the affordability of health care in our community, and developing a high-performing clinically integrated network.

As Chief Executive Officer for Acute Care Services at AdventHealth Central Florida Division, Jennifer Wanderslaben oversees the operations of nine AdventHealth campuses in metro Orlando.
